Shipping Costs
Shipping starts at SEK 39 and is calculated based on the weight and contents of your order. The applicable shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Standard shipping: from SEK 39
- Heavier items: from SEK 69
Dispatch Times
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, subject to temporary stock shortages or orders for larger quantities of the same item.
Special-order items are normally dispatched within 4–10 business days. For some items, particularly silver hollowware and less common cutlery, lead times may be longer.

Responsibility for Delivery
BestickButiken.se is responsible for the goods during transit until they reach you, including if they are damaged or lost in transit.
Upon receipt: Inspect the goods immediately. Any transit damage must be reported to both the carrier and info@bestickbutiken.se within 5 business days of receipt. Keep the packaging if the goods are damaged, as it may be needed for a return or replacement.
Uncollected Parcels
A fee of SEK 200 will be charged for parcels that are not collected, corresponding to the actual costs of return shipping and handling.
