Terms and Conditions
By shopping at BestickButiken.se, you agree to these terms and conditions. The website is operated by Hovjuvelerare Jos W Bohlins Eftr AB, a fourth-generation family business.
- Orders and Contracts
Orders are placed through www.bestickbutiken.se. A purchase contract is formed only when BestickButiken confirms your order by email. The order confirmation is generated automatically. In the event of errors in pricing, delivery times or similar information, BestickButiken.se reserves the right to correct these afterwards.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Purchases made by persons under 18 are automatically cancelled.
All orders are reviewed manually. All attempted fraud is reported to the police.
- Products and Stock Availability
Regular stock items: Cutlery that we normally keep in stock. Stock is replenished regularly, subject to temporary shortages and orders for larger quantities of the same item. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email.
Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Special-order items: Items sourced specifically to fulfil your order.
Delivery time: Normally 4–10 business days.

Some items, particularly hollowware and less common cutlery, may have longer delivery times.
- Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
- Payment
Payment is made through Klarna Checkout, which offers several payment methods: invoice, instalment account, card or bank transfer. The purchase and payment are handled separately: you confirm your purchase and then select your payment method. Please refer to Klarna’s website for the current terms and conditions.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping starts at SEK 39 and is calculated based on the weight and contents of your order. Shipping for certain heavier items costs SEK 69. The applicable shipping cost is always displayed at checkout.
BestickButiken.se is responsible for the goods during transit to the customer, including if they are damaged or lost in transit.
Important upon receipt: Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported to both the carrier and info@bestickbutiken.se within 5 business days. Keep the packaging if the goods are damaged.
- Engraved Products: Special Conditions
Special conditions apply to engraved products. Neither returns for a change of mind nor exchanges are accepted. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the engraving details are correct.
If engraving has already been completed before the customer corrects the details, a correction fee will apply. In some cases, an entirely new product may be required.
If we make an engraving error, we will cover the cost of correcting it.
The engraving may darken over time. The product images show the appearance of the engraving.
- Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, starting from the day you receive the goods. This right does not apply to personalised products, such as engraved cutlery. Please see our full Returns and Refund Policy for details.
- Warranty and Faulty Goods
BestickButiken.se applies the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, which provides a 3-year right to make a complaint about faulty goods. The warranty covers original manufacturing defects, but not faults resulting from modifications you make to the product. Your order confirmation serves as proof of warranty. We undertake to replace faulty or broken products.

All images are for illustrative purposes and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance, colour or size of the goods.
